  • Overview

    The Account Executive (AE) provides support for franchisees to drive leads by executing media plans on a national, market and school level.  The AE provides data driven recommendations to franchisees for possible marketing opportunities to best promote the brand and position the school in the community.  The AE is responsible for planning, maintaining and reporting on the performance of annual media plans. The Account Executive role is the primary means of support for our franchisees for Marketing, Advertising & PR support and collaborates effectively with the team and all departments within GSI to effectively drive the enrollment needs of the system.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide franchisee support for local marketing, advertising and other promotions
    • Ensure proper use of digital tools and provide coaching/support of those tools
    • Analyze conversion data and other key metrics to increase qualified leads and school occupancy
    • Evaluate lead flow and conversion metrics to improve advertising performance
    • Develop and present advertising initiatives and media recommendations
    • Develop annual media plan based on performance metrics, market conditions, opportunities and competition
    • Effectively collaborates with all marketing disciplines and field support representatives to provide most effective support to Schools, based on analysis of performance metrics and information provided by other support departments
    • Manage advertising budgets to assure actuals align; encourage full use of contractual advertising spend 
    • Development of individual school plans based on evaluations of school performance
    • Visit schools/markets to better understand local landscape
    • Provide advertising research, for individual schools or markets 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communications, preferred
    • 2-4 years’ experience in an in-house advertising or agency setting, required
    • Experience understanding advertising budgets
    • Franchise experience is a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required
